Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the mjj77 platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mjj77 will close all secondary accounts, void any bonuses credited to those accounts, and may withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Where a bet is placed during a period of odds suspension and subsequently accepted at revised odds, the accepted odds at the time of settlement will apply.

The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent mjj77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
